Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at 3D Personnel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Investigate and document all accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with external health and safety consultants to provide training programs and services.
  • Chair and formulate minutes for the Health and Safety Committee meetings.
  • Ensure all agreed action points are completed within deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with all aspects of relevant health, safety, and welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
