Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at 3D Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and clients, while also maintaining compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure health and safety is integrated into business operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external health and safety consultants and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on health and safety performance and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
