About the Role

Barker Associates, a leading property consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil 3D Technician to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our clients, we offer a wide range of services, including architecture, project management, quantity surveying, engineering, and building surveying.

We are looking for an experienced professional to work on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK. This role will be based at our Head Office in Braintree, with opportunities for hybrid working once your induction is complete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare calculations and technical design information to deliver innovative civil engineering solutions for new-build and regeneration projects.
  • Provide preliminary civil engineering schemes for review by Line Manager.
  • Produce detailed technical designs using AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Hydraulic Modelling.
  • Review more detailed technical submissions and RFIs from sub-contractors.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree or apprenticeship and minimum of 5 years working experience.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • DBS Enhanced check.
