Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Technician who is eager to advance their career while working on a varied portfolio of projects throughout the UK. This position will be based at our Head Office, with the option for hybrid working arrangements following the completion of your induction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to achieve long-term objectives.
  • Assume Line Manager responsibilities in their absence when necessary.
  • Prepare preliminary civil engineering designs for review by the Line Manager.
  • Create detailed technical designs utilizing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Hydraulic Modelling software.
  • Evaluate detailed technical submissions and Requests for Information (RFIs) from subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and submit technical documentation and drawings for final approval.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree or apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Progression towards corporate membership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
