Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Loyalty Accounting to join our team at Virgin Atlantic. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information and reporting to support effective decision-making across the joint business between Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Red.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with audit standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on loyalty accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and experience with financial modeling tools
  • Qualified or partially qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
