Job Title: Finance Analyst

Chubb Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of the Global Data Centre Infrastructure analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior IT Finance Analyst with forecasting and annual planning, as well as the 5-year strategic plan of infrastructure spend.
  • Ensure timely and quality submission of the Infra spend, projects, and expense forecast, including preparation and review of analytical review commentary for monthly reports.
  • Manage the IT allocations for all reporting, forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring a demonstrable audit trail exists.
  • Support and manage the consumption model for infrastructure costs to demonstrate to COG stakeholders what their charges consist of.
  • Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity within the Infra expense base.
  • Support capital spend and associated depreciation model.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Accountant to provide and obtain information and understand the impact on the forecast on the financial result.
  • Assist with raising purchase orders and vendor queries, review and processing of intercompany invoices.
  • Support the Senior IT Finance Analyst with ad hoc purchase orders and other supplier needs.
  • Manage quarterly invoices for Infrastructure, ensuring timely submission and inclusion of additional Capacity and Demand charges, as well as recharges to COG Global Applications department.
  • Assist the Senior IT Finance Analyst on improving processes and other ad hoc projects.
  • Own month-end financial accruals and prepayment into Peoplesoft.
  • Support the Senior IT Finance Analyst on the monthly finance reporting (CIO) to Head Office, providing commentary on actuals and full year forecast movements.
