Sales and Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team and working closely with the Managing Director to achieve our growth plans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales and marketing team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to out-perform sales targets
- Maintain and develop excellent relationships with Inpress member publishers
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account management and business development, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also be self-motivated and able to work independently as part of a team.
Person Specification- Proven experience in key account management and business development
- Proven experience of achieving sales budgets and targets
- Good relationships with retailers across the UK book trade
