Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at One Utility Bill, you will oversee the performance of a team of Sales Advisors. Your key responsibilities include leading weekly meetings, conducting team performance analysis, and requesting reports for review. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing your team members through sales training, personal development, and performance management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
A confident phone manner, excellent organisational and time management skills, and people management skills are essential for this role. You should also possess leadership qualities to motivate and develop your team.
Benefits:
The salary for this role is £27,950, with annual increases as part of the Team Leader Job Family pay grading. You will also receive 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Additional benefits include access to an employee discounts platform, private GP services, and enhanced pension contributions after 3 years. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, with 1 in every 4 Saturdays.
