We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Job Overview

LGM Solutions is committed to delivering exceptional sales performance and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Director Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement strategic business plans, drive sales growth, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Craft and present sales plans to senior management
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their potential
  • Foster long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in sales with a proven track record of success
  • Prior experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and present to all levels of the organization
  • Able to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Business acumen and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities
Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,200 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus fast-tracked career progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
