We use our expertise to serve businesses by finding the people that will make their growth targets a reality. We work as an embedded talent partner to a select number of companies at any one time, allowing us to devote our time to provide an excellent experience.

What We Do
  • Work with our client partners to tell their story
  • Utilize state-of-the-art tech stack to provide incredible shortlists
  • Full search and selection for specific projects
  • Coach hiring managers to play their role in world-class candidate experiences
  • Compete against our resident tea-making champion, Yasmine
What We Don't Do
  • Treat people as commodities
  • Stress about sales targets
  • Post 'Here's what ___ taught us about recruitment'
  • Cause unnecessary harm to elephants
About You

Lead Candidate is a values-led, politely disruptive talent acquisition partnering service. We hold our values dear, and we expect you to as well. We're honest, which also means sometimes telling hard truths. We're experts in our field, and we're devoted to our customers, working with only a select few at any one time.

This is an opportunity for you to build a new skill set and provide a valuable service to life-saving organizations. It's OK if you've never worked within a company like ours before – we're more than happy to give you the full training that will allow you to grow within the role. This is a truly entry-level opportunity.

You will probably have had some exposure to customers or be interested in a people-facing position. Our customers are people – whether looking to hire or looking to be hired, we don't differentiate. We're not demanding that you be a talent acquisition whiz, just that you will relish the opportunity to learn and grow with us as we disrupt the recruitment industry for the better.

We operate exclusively in the pharmaceutical and biotech outsourcing space – but that doesn't mean that you need to. We work with businesses who are improving the lives of patients around the world. If you're passionate about playing a role in that – we'd love to hear from you.
