Job Title: Site Planning Specialist II - Architect

This position is intended to assist healthcare sales representatives and customers identify suitable locations for medical imaging equipment sold by Fujifilm Corporation, as well as assisting customers prepare their sites for installation of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visits prospective customer sites to identify suitable locations for medical equipment.
  • Conducts necessary site testing and communicates test data to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepares preliminary and final site drawings for customers.
  • Provides technical support and leadership in resolving complex siting issues.
  • Works closely with field service personnel to address site planning issues at sites during and after construction.
  • Maintains and disseminates site status information within the company.
  • Maintains site planning portions of the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Travels as needed to assist other employees and customers.
  • Participates in the creation of site planning documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in architecture and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field required.
  • Architectural license preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Physical Requirements:
  • Usual office working conditions.
  • Frequently required to sit, talk, or hear.
  • Frequently use fingers to type and do other fine motor tasks.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Travel:
  • Ability to travel up to 50% may be required based on business need.
