About the Role:

This is a full-time position fixed-term contract for 1 year offering 39 hours a week. As a Store Experience Manager at H&M Group, you will be responsible for delivering great customer experiences, analysing selling information, and taking responsibility for store sales performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance.
  • Leading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service.
