We are looking for a Therapeutic Activities Coordinator to join our team at the Weymouth Outdoor Education Centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with emotional needs and disabilities, with a focus on promoting positive outcomes and maintaining their physical and emotional safety and wellbeing.

This role requires staff to follow individual care plans and contribute to ongoing development.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Activity Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver therapeutic activities to meet the needs of children and young people.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the care and oversight of children. Discuss and report concerns with senior staff.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of children's progress and experiences. Report back to parents about the child's experience.
