We are recruiting for a Care Activity Manager to join our team at BlueGreen Recruit Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing activity programmes that promote independence among service users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing activity programmes that meet service users' needs.
- Coordinating and supervising individual and group activity sessions.
- Maintaining accurate records of service user participation and contributing to establishment records.
- Providing personal care and direction to volunteers.
- Contribute to care plan development and review.
- Organising activity programmes and undertaking risk assessments.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including career development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
