VickerStock is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team in Northern Ireland and UK. This role offers a highly competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic food manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and identifying new opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and industry events
- Sales Strategy Execution: Execute sales strategies to expand the client base and enhance revenue streams
- Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with brand initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets within the 'Ready to Eat' space. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
