Senior Infrastructure Advisor Position

Lanpro, a renowned consultancy firm, seeks an experienced Senior Infrastructure Advisor to join their team.

This position involves working on high-profile infrastructure projects, such as renewable energy generation and large-scale development consent orders (DCOs).

You will be responsible for delivering planning advice and support to clients on DCO applications and other major infrastructure projects.

Our team of planning and infrastructure specialists will work closely with you to deliver projects from inception to completion, including:

  • Hands-on support on DCO applications, from pre-application stage to Examination stage
  • Collaboration on projects delivered through the TCPA regime

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • RTPI qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in DCOs and infrastructure projects
  • Thorough knowledge of the UK Planning systems and potential upcoming changes

Lanpro provides a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, enhanced annual leave entitlement, and access to E-learning content.

The annual salary for this position ranges from £62,500 to £82,500, based on experience.
