Planning and Infrastructure Expert Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Infrastructure Expert to join our team at Lanpro.

This role entails working on high-profile infrastructure projects, such as renewable energy generation and large-scale development consent orders (DCOs).

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing planning advice and support on DCO applications and other major infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with our team of planning and infrastructure specialists to deliver projects from inception to completion, including:

  • Supporting DCO applications from pre-application stage to Examination stage
  • Working on projects delivered through the TCPA regime

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • RTPI qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in DCOs and infrastructure projects
  • In-depth understanding of the UK Planning systems and potential upcoming changes

The salary for this role is £68,750 - £88,750 per annum, depending on experience.
