Planning Lawyer Role in Cambridge Office
This position offers the opportunity to work with a well-established firm that boasts a rich heritage and a reputation for exceptional service. The firm has a distinguished team of leading lawyers who drive continued growth and innovation across the business.
In this role, you will be involved in drafting and negotiating key infrastructure agreements, overseeing project appraisals and development processes, conducting due diligence on funding matters, managing planning appeals and judicial reviews, advising on enforcement actions and certificates of lawfulness, addressing public rights of way issues, and assisting with Compulsory Purchase Orders.
We are seeking a solicitor with strong communication skills and at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a planning law role. A proactive individual eager to contribute to the growth and development of the planning team is ideal. We offer a competitive salary (£80,000), benefits package, and flexible working arrangements, with opportunities for further growth.
