Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Maintenance Manager to lead our team of maintenance engineers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of building services systems within a group of client buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers to achieve high-quality results
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and method statements for all tasks carried out
  • Oversee the environmental conditions of the buildings using the BMS System

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a team of maintenance engineers, preferably in a similar role or industry
  • Strong understanding of HVAC plant, electrical systems, and building support systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including on-call shifts and weekends

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
