As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in the operational delivery of Peabody's repairs, maintenance, and property services. You will assist in the delivery of day-to-day and major repairs, disrepair, voids/empty homes, and planned preventative maintenance, while supporting the Building Surveyors with operational delivery matters in your local area.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Building Surveyors with operational delivery matters
  • Assisting in the delivery of day-to-day and major repairs
  • Managing a range of contractors to ensure they deliver in accordance with their contract and KPIs
