Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Systems Specialist to join our site-based team of maintenance engineers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive works to Building Services Systems within a group of client buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the operation of critical building systems
  • Carry out regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
  • Erect Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks carried out
  • Oversee the environmental conditions of the buildings using the BMS System
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal training in electrical systems/installation and relevant qualifications
  • General knowledge of maintaining HVAC plant, building support systems, and their methods of control
  • Able to read M&E drawings and possess good electrical/mechanical knowledge
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service and able to work under pressure
