About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our 4-man crew, you will be responsible for performing Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on various systems, including AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, fire alarm tests, HVAC maintenance, and heating and cooling related issues.
  • Maintain general building services, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing or Electrical.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • Building services experience.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £44,000 per annum, plus opportunities for overtime and free on-site parking.
