The Operational Resilience Specialist Role

You will be part of our COO Office, supporting the Operational Resilience function.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Incident Management collaboration with the Operational Resilience team
  • Live incident investigation and resolution
  • Post-incident review preparation
  • Liaison with key stakeholders, such as Executive Management, Chief Information Security Officer, and Compliance
  • MI collation for senior-level Committees
  • Risk management oversight across COO teams
  • Annual Business Continuity Plan review assistance
  • Regulatory updates on Operational Resilience and payment processing
  • Wider Operational Resilience team support
Performance Expectations

High standards of attention to detail, quality, and efficiency are required, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain adaptable.

A competitive salary package includes £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, pension, holiday allowance, and flexible benefits.
