About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our UK CEO/Group COO in their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the diary of the UK CEO/Group COO, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Track deliverables and report on progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Manage the inbox of the UK CEO/Group COO, filtering out non-essential emails and prioritizing important communications.
  • Provide committee support, preparing meeting materials and coordinating logistics as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties and special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate the ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and interpret support needs effectively.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite, with a strong working knowledge of its applications and features.
  • Achieve a minimum typing speed of 50wpm, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be willing to work extended hours when necessary, demonstrating a commitment to achieving goals and objectives.
