We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse or Paramedic to join our Community Palliative Care team based out of our client's Hospice in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
This is a full-time position, but we are open to discussing part-time hours opportunities.
The team operates 7 days a week from 9:00 to 17:00, providing services in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality palliative care services to patients in their homes and communities.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Paramedic with experience in palliative care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work 7 days a week.
