Sales Role Overview:

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing stakeholder relationships, prospecting new business, and nurturing existing clients. This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled B2B sales professional to join QA and contribute to the company's mission of empowering people's potential.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can provide solutions to our clients' needs, work to tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to drive sales growth
  • Prospect new business and nurture existing client base to maximise high-value and long-term opportunities
  • Grow existing customers through uncovering revenue opportunities by exploring client needs
  • Ffacilitate client meetings and deliver presentations on QA's offerings in line with the customers' requirements/needs
  • Review all sales management information to strategically prioritise the sales pipeline to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Generate revenue and margin to meet individual and team targets

What We Offer:

A competitive base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards. A full-time contract with 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home two days a week and three days in the office in Manchester.
