Sales Business Development Manager

At HBD Partners, we are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales business development and management.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
