Business Development Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in recruitment? We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the team in delivering a premium service to clients and candidates, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain an accurate database of candidates and clients, utilizing recruitment software to streamline processes.
- Assist in the creation of job ads and other recruitment materials, ensuring consistency with company branding.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to company policies and uphold professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
Requirements:
- An educational background in Business Services or a related field, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
