  • Maintain an accurate database of candidates and clients, utilizing recruitment software to streamline processes.
  • Assist in the creation of job ads and other recruitment materials, ensuring consistency with company branding.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Requirements:

  • An educational background in Business Services or a related field, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
