POS Group Account Director – Retail
Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Account Director to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact in the retail industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client account, including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance. They will be accountable for the development and operational management of the account, ensuring exceptional operational support to clients is delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Lead a team of account managers to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report on financial performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail background, with a strong understanding of in-store marketing tools.
- Experience in a print production environment, with knowledge of implementation, large format promotional and semi-permanent production, and studio/pre-press/colour management.
