Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the client account, including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure exceptional support to clients and efficient delivery of services.
  • Be responsible for the account's retention, development, and compliance.
  • Provide effective leadership and support to your dedicated team.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must come from a retail background.
  • Experience with in-store marketing tools.
  • Exposure to a print production environment (implementation; large format promotional and semi-permanent production; studio/pre-press/colour management).
  • Commercially astute individual with business acumen.
