Job Title: POS Group Account Director – Retail
Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail sales environment, with a strong understanding of the retail industry and its challenges. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide market insights and industry trends to clients to inform their business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:

- Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
