The Team

Our Communications, Media and Tech practice supports global firms solve their biggest challenges in today's age of constant disruption. With diverse services, ranging from strategy and advisory to large-scale implementations and change initiatives, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

The Role

We are seeking an Associate Partner to drive and grow our business specifically in High Tech and Semiconductor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to capture and sell transformation solutions and services to existing and new high tech and semiconductor clients.
  • Accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for key accounts.
  • Assuming the role of trusted advisor to high tech and semiconductor client executives providing guidance in all matters within the industry and the client organization.
  • Managing business opportunities at key accounts to ensure Infosys Consulting is positioned to capitalize on opportunities by providing high-quality services.
  • Coordinating relationship-building activities with partners, engagement managers, subject-matter professionals, and other Infosys Consulting personnel on the engagement team(s).
  • Driving proposal development, focusing on the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes.
  • Providing leadership to subordinate managers, guiding their professional growth and development through coaching, counseling, performance development, and mentoring.

Requirements

We are looking for key account consulting anchors with experience in leading sales, delivery, and proposition development:

  • Previous leadership experience within a consulting organization, mentoring teams of consultants under direct leadership and indirect matrixed teams to harness talent while delivering overall client satisfaction.
  • Strong networks, relationships, and personal brand in the high tech and semiconductor industries.
  • Comfortable working at senior levels within complex organizations, building empathy, credibility, and trust with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achievement in selling and delivering consulting and technology services while delivering business objectives within large corporate environments with rapid change.
  • Able to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, experienced in presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.
  • Ability to represent complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
  • Collaborative team player, willing to lead by example and roll up sleeves.
  • Passionate about disruptive innovation and transformational ideas.
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
  • Committed to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth.
  • Master's degree, preferably in Engineering. Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with at least 5 years in the high tech and semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to travel extensively as required.
