Job Summary:

As a key member of the hirestaff team, we are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Operations and Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations and Finance team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor employee holidays and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Review company purchases to ensure suitability and identify cost-saving alternatives.

Manage finance-related tasks, including chasing credits due and logging into online supplier portals to download invoices.

Communicate with the Finance Director regarding payment due dates and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

Conduct audits on HR files to ensure all necessary documents are in place.

Provide general office administration support and work closely with the Operations Director to ensure the business meets all regulatory requirements.

Review audits and care plans via online portal and check NMC pin monthly.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for this role.
