Teaching and Learning Support Worker

As a Teaching and Learning Support Worker with Randstad Education, you will play a vital role in supporting a pupil on the autistic spectrum in Preston. Your primary responsibility will be to provide 1:1 support, helping the pupil to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- To deliver high-quality 1:1 support, addressing the pupil's educational and personal needs.
- To develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), in collaboration with teaching staff and other stakeholders.
- Significant experience working with pupils with autism or similar conditions.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
This is a permanent position, working full-time (term-time only) hours.
Salary:£26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
