Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse. This role will focus on developing and implementing clinical governance strategies across our care homes in the West Midlands region.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the performance of each home, ensuring they meet the highest clinical standards. You will review KPIs and identify areas for improvement, developing practical strategies to address these issues.

Working closely with the Regional Director, you will support the implementation of key actions to improve standards and address any issues that arise. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering excellent care will make a real difference to our residents.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You must also have experience working in a care home environment and be a confident clinical mentor.

Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to share knowledge and build relationships. They will be able to deliver impressive results and contribute to the success of our team.
