Clinical Governance Specialist

Key Responsibilities- To lead the governance agenda on behalf of the Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with external and corporate quality agendas.
- To provide visible clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team, promoting high standards of care and evidence-based practice.
- To collaborate with the Registered Manager to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in quality of care.
- A current NMC Pin number
- A legal right to work in the UK
- An estimated salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days plus bank holidays.
- Birthday off.
