Clymac, a prominent Fire & Security Systems specialist, is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Business Development Manager based in the Midlands.
This senior role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus commission, accompanied by an attractive benefits package, including a company car or car allowance, nest pension plan, life assurance, and 25 days paid holidays.
We require a candidate with extensive industry experience, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills, who can leverage their knowledge to drive business growth and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Key account management to identify new business opportunities and renew existing contracts
- Upselling additional services to enhance customer value and increase revenue
- Conversion of system sales into PPM contracts and leadership of bid teams for large-scale maintenance opportunities
