About the Role
We are seeking a skilled social worker to join our team in Wrexham, where you will work with children and young people who are looked after by the authority. As a key member of the Children LAC & Leaving Care team, you will play a crucial role in securing permanence for children and promoting their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality social work services to children and young people.
- Manage complex cases, including court proceedings and child protection.
- Support looked after children and young people to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
What We Offer

Requirements
