We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Bank Children's Support Workers to join our team in the Wrexham area.

The role involves supporting our care packages for children with complex needs, utilizing our pioneering SEED model to empower young people.

The ideal candidate will be a 'champion of care' who embodies our values; teamwork, passion, innovation, humility, trust, and accountability. They will work 24-hour shifts, with a rolling rota of 2 shifts on 4 off.

Key Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care.
  • 1 or more years of experience working with children with disabilities and/or challenging behaviour.
  • An understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection and safeguarding.
  • Having an Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS on the update service would be advantageous.
  • Must be a driver with business insurance or willing to add.
