We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions, and we are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Ty Grosvenor in Wrexham.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and delivery of clinical services within our acute in-patient mental health service setting.

You will be responsible for overseeing and providing high-quality care and support to people, while supporting your team and colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

  • Delegate nursing tasks to Nurses working in the unit and coordinate with other teams.
  • Supervise other members within the team's unit and provide guidance and support.
  • Be liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, with effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification.
  • NMC registration.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
