Care Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Your duties will include preparing meals, assisting with personal care, and providing support with daily living tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
In addition to your care responsibilities, you will also assist with administrative tasks and contribute to a safe and respectful environment for our residents.
This role offers a competitive salary of £13.25 per hour, reflecting the importance of your contribution to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing meals and snacks for residents
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Assisting with medication administration and recording
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also have a Mandatory Care Certificate or be willing to complete training. Enhanced DBS clearance is required for this position.
Salary: £13.25 per hour
