Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Ty Grosvenor in Wrexham. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions, while promoting good teamwork and leadership within the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and delivery of clinical services
* Delegate nursing tasks to Nurses working in the unit and coordinate with other teams
* Supervise other members within the team's unit and provide guidance and support
* Liaise between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, with effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:
* Relevant nursing qualification
* NMC registration
* Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice

What We Offer:
* Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Annual leave: 33 days (including Bank Holidays) + birthday off
