We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our multidisciplinary team at Ty Grosvenor in Wrexham, Wales.

This role involves ensuring that service users receive effective and compassionate nursing care, while also supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

The ideal candidate will possess strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach. They will also be naturally caring and compassionate, with a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.

About the Role:

You will provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

You will also provide mentorship and support to team members, observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided.
