Business Development Manager for LG Channels

Job Overview

LG Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager/LG Channels Partner Marketing Manager to join our team.

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with content partners, driving communication, education, data management, performance, and reporting across partners, and attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up-to-date with new trends and developments within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with HQ to achieve annual roadmap and revenue goals
  • Work with HQ to negotiate existing agreements as required
  • Investigate different business models to assist LG grow the platform business
  • Drive communication, education, data management, performance, and reporting across partners
  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up-to-date with new trends and developments within the industry
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current clients, including carrying out QBRs
  • Work with the Partner Engagement Team to optimize the commercial relationships with CPs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • English-speaking country preferred with at least one other European language
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience in programming or product management in the digital video delivery space with demonstrated success in technical operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • May be requested to work evenings or weekends for special program live events
