Residential Property Manager

As a Homeownership Property Manager at Peabody, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing a portfolio of properties. Your primary focus will be on contractual relationship management with external managing agents and specialist enquiry management for homeowners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on various property-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agents to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Lead on contractual relationship management with external managing agents.
- Manage specialist enquiries from homeowners and provide timely responses.
- Proven experience working in a residential property management environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary issues and legislation affecting residential property management and the wider real estate sector.
- Experience working within homeownership tenures.
- 30 days' annual holiday, plus bank holidays.
- Two additional paid volunteering days each year.
