Independent Living Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as the Extra Care Registered Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services across two locations in the New Forest.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate care services to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and develop a team of care professionals, focusing on excellence in service delivery.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS.
- Staying current with industry developments and regulatory changes.

- A strong track record in care management and leadership.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer care.
The salary for this position is £42,800 per annum, with potential to earn additional income through on-call duties. Additional benefits include:
