We are seeking a Community Living Assistant to join our team at SCA Care in Lymington. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with residents and their families.

This is a full-time role offering an estimated salary of £28,404 per annum. Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include providing high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. Shifts include weekdays from 14:30 to 21:00 and weekends from 07:00 to 21:00, with long day shifts available.

As a Community Living Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in resident's condition or well-being. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
