Key Responsibilities:
  • To work directly with individual young people or groups, delivering therapy programmes and providing administrative support
  • To assess the communication and functional skills needs of young people and develop tailored support plans
  • To contribute to the development of the Communication and Sensory Environment, ensuring access to resources for all young people
Person Specification:
  • An interest in communication and functional skills development
  • Previous experience working with young people, ideally those with special needs
  • Desirable: experience working with ASD, LD, or CAMHS
Package:
  • An estimated salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience
