Support Assistant

At SCA Care, we believe that our residents deserve the highest standard of care and support. That's why we're looking for an experienced and caring Support Assistant to join our team at our Extra Care Scheme in Lymington.
We offer a comprehensive package including a salary of £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, and access to further education and training opportunities. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily living tasks, ensuring they receive the best possible care and assistance. You will also contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Our team prides itself on its dedication to providing high-quality care, and we're looking for someone who shares this commitment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically fit to perform duties, and demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with vulnerable individuals. Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, are preferred but not mandatory.
