Support Services Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and caring Support Services Assistant to join our team at Social Care in Action. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals living in our Extra Care Schemes.
About the Role:
- Promoting independence, dignity, and respect for all service users.
- Providing quality personal care, maintaining respect and sensitivity.
- Participating in household tasks, encouraging service users to join in.
Requirements:
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work flexibly across locations, including evenings and every other weekend.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred (mileage included).
Salary: Estimated salary: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits.
